About
Purpose:Now Is The Time (NITT) is a community initiative aimed at unifying Black individuals and allies to strengthen our collective power through discipline, education, financial literacy, professional growth, security, health and wellness, self-defense, and strategic planning. This group is designed to create a support system where members can learn, grow, and empower each other through shared knowledge, resources, and collaborative opportunities.
Mission and Vision
Mission:To empower Black communities by building a network of individuals dedicated to fostering self-sufficiency, mutual support, and resilience across all aspects of life—economically, socially, and physically.
Vision:To establish a self-sustained, unified community that thrives through discipline, knowledge-sharing, and resource exchange, enabling each member to achieve financial independence, personal growth, and community security.

Pooling resources to support local Black-owned businesses and initiatives.
Networking with financial advisors and entrepreneurs for mentorship and guidance.
Professional Development and Skill Exchange
Career development seminars, resume workshops, and job-hunting strategies.
Skill exchange sessions, where members can trade knowledge and expertise in fields such as technology, healthcare, business, and education.
Building a directory of Black professionals and entrepreneurs for referrals, business opportunities, and mentorship.
Community Security and Self-Defense
Self-defense training sessions led by professionals to promote personal safety.
Workshops on neighborhood safety strategies and emergency preparedness.
Networking with local security professionals to organize security exchanges, where knowledge about community safety practices and resources is shared.
Dietary Education, Health, and Wellness
